After 16 years helping our students enthuse about learning, we coupled our services with mentoring and careers specialists to weave together the elements of cutting-edge education and careers in one. Founder's Letter
Education should be joyful. At Strategia Education, that’s our mission.
I founded Strategia Education with a simple but powerful goal: to create a space where young people can rediscover the joy of learning, explore the world through mentoring, and develop the confidence to use their voices with purpose.
My motivation is deeply personal. I was fortunate to attend one of the UK’s leading girls’ schools, where academic excellence was strongly emphasised. That experience gave me discipline and high standards, but over time I came to realise that achievement alone is only one part of a young person’s development.
While completing my MSc in Politics, I began tutoring almost by chance. Very quickly, I found myself deeply engaged in the process — not just helping students succeed academically, but supporting them to understand their strengths, perspectives and potential. In working with them, I recognised how powerful it is when young people feel truly seen and understood.
What began as a part-time role evolved into something far more meaningful. I saw that when students build confidence, self-awareness and clarity about their direction, their academic performance naturally strengthens alongside it. That insight shaped my professional path.
From that realisation, Strategia Education was born — with a focus on helping students combine academic ambition with self-knowledge, resilience and long-term vision.
At Strategia, we combine outstanding academic support with meaningful mentoring and early careers guidance—all designed to nurture the whole student. Not just as learners, but as individuals. We believe education should never be a source of intimidation or shame. It should be joyful. It should reflect the real world. It should celebrate difference, curiosity, and growth.
