After 16 years helping our students enthuse about learning, we coupled our services with mentoring and careers specialists to weave together the elements of cutting-edge education and careers in one. Kids love learning about the world; we help them reach it.

Founder's Letter
Education should be joyful. At Strategia Education, that’s our mission.
I founded Strategia Education with a simple but powerful goal: to create a space where young people can rediscover the joy of learning, explore the world through mentoring, and develop the confidence to use their voices with purpose.
My motivation is deeply personal. I was fortunate to attend one of the UK’s top girls’ schools, but the focus there was firmly on academic achievement. I rarely heard that my personality, creativity, or wider interests mattered to my future — only my grades. I carried that narrow message into university and the early years of my career, where I often felt lost and disconnected from myself. The singer, actress, and writer I had been as a teenager seemed to have disappeared.
Everything began to shift while I was completing my MSc in Politics. I started tutoring — almost by accident — and found myself unexpectedly drawn to the work. In my students, I recognised the same curiosity, vulnerability, and individuality that had shaped my own youth. Supporting them to express themselves helped me to rediscover my own voice. I returned to singing and creative expression, but more importantly, I began to trust the power of empathy, intuition, and creativity in guiding others.
What started as a side role became a calling. Teaching didn’t just inspire my students — it healed me, too. From that transformation, Strategia Education was born.
At Strategia, we combine outstanding tutoring with meaningful mentoring and early careers guidance—all designed to nurture the whole student. Not just as learners, but as individuals. We believe education should never be a source of intimidation or shame. It should be joyful. It should reflect the real world. It should celebrate difference, curiosity, and growth.
I’ve seen it firsthand: when young people feel seen and supported, they thrive. When they are allowed to be themselves, they don’t just perform better in school—they flourish in life.
