Sadya’s Career Transformation from NHS Role to Nutrition and Wellbeing Coach

She helped navigate through my jumbled thoughts, ideas, likes and dislikes, to help identify what makes me thrive and get excited in work. This clarity was gold!

Sadya, a biology graduate, started her career in the NHS, providing food and nutritional guidance to patients. Although she began strong, the work quickly became repetitive, leaving her feeling unfulfilled and frustrated. To understand the root of the issue, we used our 3D Careers discovery tool—a word-based analysis that identified both what was missing from her current role and what she truly needed from her ideal job.

This insight brought clarity in three key ways: Sadya gained a clearer understanding of her likes, dislikes, and preferences, which helped her feel more confident in exploring new career options. With newfound clarity, Sadya left the NHS and transitioned into a part-time nutrition role outside large organizations—one that felt more personal and dynamic.

Today, Sadya works as a nutrition and wellbeing coach, enjoying more personal contact with clients and greater autonomy over her time—two career anchors that align with her values. Mentoring empowered her to better understand herself, which boosted her confidence, focus, and drive to create a career that truly fulfills her.
